Each morning, your athletes are prompted to fill out a wellness questionnaire where they report how they are feeling in regards to Sleep, Recovery, Mood, Energy, Soreness, and Stress. Monitoring these key attributes will open a window into how each player on your team is feeling each day in response to training.
After each training session, each player can fill out a training Rate of Percieved Exertion, which, when multiplied by session minutes has been highly correlated with average Heart Rate. RPE is a reliable way to quantify training load with ease to let you know if you are training at the right intensity.
